Description: What a crazy 3 days those were... And what crazy 3 weeks these have been! I can barely believe I'm a mommy now, even as I sit here holding the most gorgeous little human I've ever seen (That I made! How crazy is that!?) Despite my labor not having gone anything like I planned, and not having been "ideal", I wouldn't consider it a negative experience at all! I came from it feeling strong, confident, and in awe of what my mind and body could cope with. I know I gave it my all, and given the situation, I wouldn't have done anything differently... And if I had to do it all over again tomorrow, I would do it happily for the joy of holding my daughter, and this feeling of being able to conquer the world! You know what? - Moms are pretty badass.
